Policy for Returns & Refunds.

1. Clinic Registrations – Carroll Indoor Sports Center will provide a full refund of any clinic registration fees up until 7 days prior to the start of the clinic. After that date, no refund will be issued.
2. Individual Registrations for Team Play – Carroll Indoor Sports Center will provide a full refund of any individual soccer registration for team play up until the registration deadline as listed on the individual soccer registration flyer. After that date, no refund will be issued.
3. Deposits for Team Registration – All deposits made for a team registration are non refundable as stated on the team registration flyer. Any payments made that exceed the $200 deposit fee will be refunded up until the start of the session. There will be no refunds made after the session starts.

All refunds will be made to the credit card originally used for the registration. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Carroll Indoor with the card number, expiration date, v-code, and billing zip code before a refund can be issued.
